Purpose and Emergency Preparedness Plan Policy MIZELL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLAN The Purpose Of The Mizell Memorial Hospital Emergency Preparedness Plan Is To Provide A Formalized Approach To Emergency Care During Internal And External Disasters And Emergencies. Policies And Procedures Will Be Developed For Both Internal Disasters {Bomb Threat And Baby Abduction) And External Disasters (Hurricanes, Chemical Accidents And Large Accidents). New Employees Will Receive Emergency Preparedness Education At Their Orientation And All Employees Will Review Information At Their Annual Safety Review. The Emergency Preparedness Plan Will Be Reviewed And Evaluated Annually. |
